At the heart of every club is good fundraising and prudent financial management. We will be running several fun tennis events also designed to raise funds as well as for members enjoyment. |
Fund-raising
The initial outlay for the courts was in part financed by a car raffle in 2008/ 2009. This, combined with successful applications for council and Lottery grants, have enabled us to begin installation of our new clubhouse. (See Developments pages). Even the younger members leant a hand with the raffle, with a bit of anorak modelling...
We have several corporate sponsors from our original court developments. If you would like a prospectus to become a sponsor yourselves, drop a line to one of the Committee.
Volunteers
If you have an idea for fundraising or would simply like to help out, then please drop us a line. We are currently looking for willing volunteers to help with events.
